Job Requirements

  • Must have at least one year of previous hotel sales experience
  • commensurate or transfer skill set is of primary importance
  • good attitude and work ethic practices in order to attain maximum operating efficiency while ensuring adherence to established guest satisfaction criteria
  • operational/service background or orientation
  • knowledge of food and beverage (catering)
  • able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required

Job Duties

  • Maintain top accounts
  • prospect business for the pipeline and hit list
  • direct sales calls in the market
  • handle group bookings and inquiries
  • send out contracts to verify rooms and meeting space commitments
