Job Requirements
- outside sales experience
- one or more years management or supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business
- two or more years casual dining or full-service restaurant management preferred
- strong working knowledge of the community trade area
- stable job history demonstrating upward career progression

Job Duties
- build business for the restaurant through direct and indirect sales techniques including planning private and large party dining events
- lead and manage the restaurant level host and sales department operations
- model and demonstrate leadership grounded in the core values and principles of Darden and The Capital Grille
- partner with the Managing Partner and Executive Chef to ensure flawless execution of each event
- interact closely with individuals at all levels to direct efforts toward attaining company goals
