Job Requirements

  • minimum 2 years of hotel sales experience
  • proven track record of achieving sales goals and developing client relationships
  • strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • proficient in Microsoft Office
  • knowledge of Best Western tools or similar CRM systems preferred
  • must have a reliable form of transportation
  • must have a valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and market share
  • schedule and conduct sales appointments, client visits, and site tours
  • build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, group, and leisure clients to generate repeat and new business
  • conduct solicitation calls and participate in sales blitzes and community networking events
  • maintain accurate sales data, track production, and prepare weekly activity recaps for the general manager and regional director of sales
  • analyze revenue trends, STR reports, and market data to identify opportunities and adjust strategies as needed
  • collaborate with the operations team to ensure guest needs and event details are executed flawlessly
