Job Requirements

  • outside sales experience
  • 1+ years management or supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business required
  • 2+ years casual dining or full-service restaurant management preferred
  • strong working knowledge of the community trade area
  • stable job history demonstrating upward career progression

Job Duties

  • build business for the restaurant through direct and indirect sales techniques including planning private and large party dining and community marketing initiatives
  • lead and manage restaurant level Host/Sales department operations
  • model and demonstrate leadership grounded in the core values and principles of Darden and The Capital Grille
  • partner with Managing Partner and Executive Chef to ensure flawless execution of events
  • interact closely with individuals at all levels throughout the concept to direct efforts toward attaining company goals
  • establish and maintain relationships with local businesses and organizations
  • identify and pursue new sales opportunities
