- Outside sales experience
- 1 plus years management or supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business required
- 2 plus years casual dining or full-service restaurant management preferred
- Strong working knowledge of the community trade area
- Stable job history which demonstrates upward career progression

Job Duties
- Build business for the restaurant through direct and indirect sales techniques
- Plan and coordinate private and large party dining events
- Lead and manage the restaurant level Host/Sales department operations
- Partner with Managing Partner and Executive Chef to ensure flawless event execution
- Model and demonstrate leadership grounded in company values and principles
- Develop and implement community marketing initiatives
- Interact with individuals at all levels to direct efforts toward company goals
