Job Requirements

Associate degree
2 years of sales experience in the fitness industry preferred
proven ability to close over 50 percent of leads
strong leadership skills and ability to hold self and sales team accountable
financial literacy including understanding P&L statements and KPIs
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Job Qualifications

Associate degree
2 years of sales experience - fitness industry preferred
ability to out-sell anyone in the room and enjoys sales
knowledge of gym and/or retail operations
personnel and operations management experience
positive and energetic personality with a can do attitude
manager who is first one in and last one to leave

Job Duties

Driving revenue
assisting with member progress check-ins
setting up new memberships in the POS system
collecting and processing payments
providing front desk sales and information
assisting with special events
managing all sales
