Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of relevant hospitality sales experience
  • Experience with Marriott's sales systems preferred
  • Ability to perform proactive and reactive sales tasks
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Capable of multitasking and managing detailed event information
  • Willingness to attend customer events and meetings as needed

Job Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of hospitality sales experience
  • Experience in Marriott's sales systems preferred
  • Proven proactive and reactive sales experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects efficiently
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations and event management
  • Familiarity with digital sales platforms such as Delphi, CI/TY, and PMS

Job Duties

  • Provide the highest levels of customer service to internal partners and external clients
  • Respond in a quick, timely, and professional manner to all internal partners and external customers
  • Demonstrate excellent time management, self-motivation and proactive planning
  • Satisfactorily maintain existing assigned accounts/segments and develop new business
  • Effectively monitor and manage all aspects of pre-event, event, and post-event details
  • Attend customer functions as needed to strengthen relationships
  • Use digital sales systems and conceptual sales processes to meet sales goals
