Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant hospitality sales experience
- Experience with Marriott's sales systems preferred
- Ability to perform proactive and reactive sales tasks
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Capable of multitasking and managing detailed event information
- Willingness to attend customer events and meetings as needed
Job Qualifications
- 1-3 years of hospitality sales experience
- Experience in Marriott's sales systems preferred
- Proven proactive and reactive sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects efficiently
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations and event management
- Familiarity with digital sales platforms such as Delphi, CI/TY, and PMS
Job Duties
- Provide the highest levels of customer service to internal partners and external clients
- Respond in a quick, timely, and professional manner to all internal partners and external customers
- Demonstrate excellent time management, self-motivation and proactive planning
- Satisfactorily maintain existing assigned accounts/segments and develop new business
- Effectively monitor and manage all aspects of pre-event, event, and post-event details
- Attend customer functions as needed to strengthen relationships
- Use digital sales systems and conceptual sales processes to meet sales goals
