Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in sales or customer service
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency with technology and computer systems
  • Reliable and self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset

Job Qualifications

  • Two years customer service experience preferred
  • One to three years sales experience preferred
  • Comfortable working with new technology, smart phones, and computers
  • Must possess a growth mindset and a passion for helping others
  • Strong work ethic with integrity and professional demeanor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage member questions or concerns

Job Duties

  • Manages the lead funnel by following up with prospects, booking their first class, and providing an exceptional first-time guest experience
  • Meets and exceeds key performance indicators by generating leads, booking appointments, and driving membership and pack sales
  • Answers member questions promptly and resolves concerns appropriately
  • Maintains brand compliance by following all operational systems and procedures and keeps the front desk organized
  • Welcomes members by name and takes accurate class attendance
  • Creates memorable member moments by celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, and personal milestones
  • Stays informed about current promotions, fitness challenges, events, and corporate initiatives
  • Works independently and takes ownership of their contribution to studio success
  • Assists with maintaining studio cleanliness and organization
