Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hotel sales or related customer service role preferred
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using sales and event management software
- Capacity to attend customer functions as required
- Willingness to participate in training and development programs
- Ability to work full-time and comply with company policies
- Reliable and punctual with strong time management skills.

Job Duties
- Provide the highest levels of customer service to internal partners and external clients
- Respond promptly and professionally to all communications representing Concord Hospitality
- Demonstrate excellent time management, self-motivation, and proactive planning with attention to detail
- Maintain existing accounts and diligently develop new business for the hotel
- Monitor and manage all pre-event, event, and post-event details including room blocks, meeting space, concessions, group history, contracts, event orders, and billing
- Attend customer functions as needed
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to forecast group rooms and food and beverage revenues to maximize hotel revenues
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of the hotel’s food and beverage products, pricing, presentation, function space, and audio-visual resources to ensure event success
- Consistently achieve sales activity and individual revenue goals including proactive and reactive calls, outside sales visits, tours, and appointments
- Utilize digital sales tools like CI/TY and conceptual sales call processes while understanding and implementing the hotel’s sales strategies
- Participate in internal meetings, conference calls, planning, training, and reporting
- Foster teamwork and an entrepreneurial spirit to achieve the team’s goals
- Advocate for personal career development and training opportunities
- Comply with company policies and management requests.
