Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally within hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Proficiency with sales software and technology tools
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
- Willingness to attend events and work flexible hours as needed
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to forecast sales accurately and meet targets
- Compliance with company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in digital sales systems such as Delphi, CITY, and PMS
- Understanding of sales processes and marketing strategies
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Demonstrated capability to achieve sales targets and handle multiple responsibilities
- Knowledge of food and beverage products and event management is an advantage
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to planning and problem-solving
Job Duties
- Provide the highest levels of customer service to internal partners and external clients
- Respond promptly and professionally to all communications representing Concord Hospitality
- Demonstrate excellent time management, self-motivation, and proactive organizational skills with attention to detail
- Maintain existing assigned accounts and diligently develop new business for the hotel
- Monitor and manage all pre-event, event, and post-event details including room blocks, meeting spaces, special concessions, and billing
- Attend customer functions as needed
- Work with internal and external partners to accurately forecast group rooms and food and beverage revenues
- Gain knowledge of the hotel’s food and beverage products, pricing, presentation, function space, and audiovisual details
- Consistently achieve sales activity and revenue goals through calls, tours, and appointments
- Utilize digital sales systems and understand sales strategies to accomplish individual and team objectives
- Participate in meetings, training, and communications required for the position
- Foster teamwork and embody an entrepreneurial spirit to meet hotel goals
- Advocate for personal career development and training opportunities
- Comply with company policies and carry out management requests
