Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, marketing, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in hospitality, resort, or hotel sales
- Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation capabilities
- Experience managing group sales and events preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong organizational and CRM management skills
- Ability to stand frequently and move within and outside the facility
- Able to carry or lift items weighing up to 25 pounds
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales experience in hospitality, resort, or hotel sales preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
- Experience managing group sales, meetings, and events is highly preferred
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational and CRM management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Job Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets for group, corporate, and event segments
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and industry partnerships
- Manage and grow relationships with corporate accounts, travel planners, event organizers, and group clients
- Conduct sales presentations, site tours, and client meetings showcasing resort amenities and event capabilities
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, proposals, and pricing strategies
- Collaborate with marketing and revenue management teams to maximize occupancy and event bookings
- Represent the resort at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences
- Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline reporting, and forecasting in CRM systems
- Coordinate with operations, catering, and event teams to ensure seamless execution of group and event business
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales strategies
