- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven sales experience in the hospitality or hotel industry
- Strong communication skills
- Negotiation skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Fluency in English

- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop strategic sales plans and execute them effectively

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English

Job Duties
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the hotel's client base
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and travel agencies
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to create promotional strategies and packages
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
- Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the hotel
