Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven sales experience in the hospitality or hotel industry
  • Strong communication skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Fluency in English

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop strategic sales plans and execute them effectively
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the hotel's client base
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and travel agencies
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to create promotional strategies and packages
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
  • Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the hotel
