Job Requirements

  • Must have proven record of reliability and punctuality
  • must have excellent communication skills verbal and written, and superior organizational ability
  • must be computer literate in Microsoft Office programs
  • prior sales experience required and proficiency in catering software Delphi or other preferred
  • must be appropriately dressed in business attire to represent Ruth’s Chris Steak House inside and outside the restaurant
  • must be able to work a flexible schedule and expect to work weekends, nights and holidays
  • must express maturity and social skills of a hospitality sales professional in the fine dining arena

Job Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience in restaurant, catering or hospitality environment
  • track record of successfully executing events of all sizes
  • knowledge of food and beverage trends, menu planning and presentation
  • strong leadership and organizational skills
  • excellent communication written and verbal
  • superior relationship-building abilities
  • detail-oriented with a drive to exceed expectations
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • prior sales experience with catering software such as Delphi preferred
  • demonstrated customer service and or restaurant or hotel management experience
  • demonstrated experience in securing business relations with clients and developing strategies to improve guest satisfaction and build client loyalty

Job Duties

  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
