Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hospitality or hotel sales experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Willingness to attend customer functions

Job Duties
- Provide the highest levels of customer service to internal partners and external clients
- Respond quickly and professionally to all communications
- Demonstrate excellent time management, self-motivation, and proactive planning
- Maintain existing accounts and develop new business for the hotel
- Monitor and manage all details of pre-event, event, and post-event activities including room blocks, meeting space, contracts, and billing
- Attend customer functions as needed
- Work with partners to forecast group rooms and food and beverage revenues
- Gain knowledge of hotel products, pricing, and event-related details
- Attain sales activity goals through proactive calls, tours, and appointments
- Use digital sales systems and understand sales strategies
- Participate in internal meetings, reporting, planning, and training
- Foster teamwork and embody an entrepreneurial spirit
- Advocate for personal career development and training
- Comply with company policies and management requests
