Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Successful track record in sales, particularly Wyndham sales experience
- Ability to maintain consistent production standards
- Preferred experience managing sales teams
- Ability to recruit and develop sales associates
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Commitment to maintaining professionalism and adhering to company policies

Job Duties
- Adhere to and administer sales policies and guidelines by representing the company in an ethical, moral, and professional manner
- Effectively deliver required sales targets by closing transactions daily
- Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
- Train, evaluate, and monitor the performance goals of direct reports
- Participate constructively in daily sales meetings
- Collaborate with the Site Trainer in facilitating initial and ongoing training
- Recruit future sales associates
- Potentially responsible for group sales presentations
- Perform other duties as assigned
