Job Duties
- Lead the sales department and drive revenue growth
- build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate partners, and travel agents to drive business
- set and monitor sales targets, ensuring the team meets or exceeds revenue objectives
- work with the events team to secure and manage group bookings, conferences, and special events
- develop and oversee promotional campaigns, advertising, and marketing initiatives to attract guests
- provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to hotel management
- represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the hotel’s services and build brand awareness
- work closely with other hotel departments, such as operations and front desk, to ensure a seamless guest experience and maximize revenue opportunities
