Job Duties

  • Lead the sales department and drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate partners, and travel agents to drive business
  • Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring the team meets or exceeds revenue objectives
  • Work with the events team to secure and manage group bookings, conferences, and special events
  • Develop and oversee promotional campaigns, advertising, and marketing initiatives to attract guests
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to hotel management
  • Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the hotel’s services and build brand awareness
  • Work closely with other hotel departments, such as operations and front desk, to ensure a seamless guest experience and maximize revenue opportunities
