Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, marketing, or related field
- minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related hospitality sales role
- proven track record of achieving sales targets
- excellent communication and negotiation skills
- proficiency with MS Office and hotel sales/reservation software
- ability to work flexible hours as needed
- strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation

- excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
- proficiency in MS Office and hotel sales/reservation systems
- knowledge of Marriott systems such as CI/TY is preferred but not required
- professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
Job Duties
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve room, banquet, and overall revenue targets
- identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, group, leisure, and SMERF segments
- maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular communication and follow-ups
- conduct hotel site inspections and sales presentations for potential clients
- negotiate contracts, rates, and agreements in line with hotel policies
- coordinate with front office, reservations, banquet, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
- prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets for management review
- attend trade shows, networking events, and sales calls to promote the hotel brand
- ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle client feedback professionally
