Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, marketing, or related field
  • minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related hospitality sales role
  • proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • proficiency with MS Office and hotel sales/reservation software
  • ability to work flexible hours as needed
  • strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation

  • Proven experience in hotel sales or hospitality sales
  • strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
  • proficiency in MS Office and hotel sales/reservation systems
  • knowledge of Marriott systems such as CI/TY is preferred but not required
  • professional appearance and customer-focused attitude

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve room, banquet, and overall revenue targets
  • identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, group, leisure, and SMERF segments
  • maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular communication and follow-ups
  • conduct hotel site inspections and sales presentations for potential clients
  • negotiate contracts, rates, and agreements in line with hotel policies
  • coordinate with front office, reservations, banquet, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
  • prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets for management review
  • attend trade shows, networking events, and sales calls to promote the hotel brand
  • ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle client feedback professionally
