  • Hotel sales experience a plus
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong communication skills

Job Duties

  • Drive results by meeting assigned sales and revenue goals
  • Hit solicitation call targets
  • Proactively reach out with solicitation calls
  • Lead engaging sales tours
  • Host clients from leisure, SMERF, business travel, and group segments
  • Grow and nurture existing accounts across all segments
  • Monitor, analyze, and respond to market trends
  • Represent the hotel with professionalism
  • Maintain visibility in local community and industry organizations
  • Adhere to company standards, sales metrics, and regulations
  • Develop deep knowledge of hotel operations and policies
  • Safely access sensitive areas and uphold trust
  • Participate in meetings, promotions, and special functions
  • Assist management as needed
