Job Duties
- Drive results by meeting assigned sales and revenue goals
- Hit solicitation call targets
- Proactively reach out with solicitation calls
- Lead engaging sales tours
- Host clients from leisure, SMERF, business travel, and group segments
- Grow and nurture existing accounts across all segments
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to market trends
- Represent the hotel with professionalism
- Maintain visibility in local community and industry organizations
- Adhere to company standards, sales metrics, and regulations
- Develop deep knowledge of hotel operations and policies
- Safely access sensitive areas and uphold trust
- Participate in meetings, promotions, and special functions
- Assist management as needed
