Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years progressive sales experience
- Previous experience in hospitality industry preferred
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hospitality sales software
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to conduct market research and prospect new clients
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Knowledge of hotel operations and event planning

Job Duties
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue goals
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities for corporate, group, and individual clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and sales reports to clients and management
- Attend trade shows, networking events, outside sales calls and community functions to promote the hotel
- Collaborate with the catering and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of group bookings and events
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies accordingly
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
