Job Requirements
- Valid California driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to maneuver vehicles in tight spaces
- Positive and professional attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Willingness to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to work as part of a team
- High energy and multi-tasking ability
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Bilingual skills preferred
Job Qualifications
- No experience necessary, we are willing to train
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Unrestricted California driver’s license and clean driving record
- Able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles
- Able to safely operate motor vehicles in tight and small spaces
- Highly professional and dependable
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Previous experience in a similar role a plus
- Must be customer service oriented
- Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment
- Must be self-motivated with good written and verbal communication skills
- Friendly with high energy and willingness to go above and beyond
- Willing to multi-task
- College students can work around schedules
- Bilingual a plus
Job Duties
- Drives vehicles to and from service areas and lot as needed
- Installs protective coverings such as seat covers, steering wheel covers, and floor mats on vehicles brought in for service
- Services vehicles with gas, oil, and water as necessary
- Washes and cleans vehicles to maintain a pristine appearance
- Helps maintain lot appearance by cleaning driveways and sidewalks and removing snow and debris when needed
- Assists in keeping shop facilities clean including windows, doors, and floors
- Manages dealer trades ensuring proper vehicle delivery
- Transports customers to and from their homes upon request
- Ensures that all required documentation is complete and compliant with regulations
- Follows all safety and security procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned.
