Job Requirements
- Valid Food Handler Certificate required upon hire or within 30 days of start date
- Prior barista or food service supervisory experience preferred
- retail leadership or keyholder background strongly valued
- willingness to work evenings weekends and holidays
- ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
- commitment to following health department standards and proper food handling procedures
- friendly outgoing attitude
- ability to take initiative
- willingness to support teammates and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Lead by example delivering outstanding guest service at the coffee bar and marketplace ensuring every order and interaction feels welcoming warm and memorable
- support daily cafe operations from preparing beverages to ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- create moments of delight by sharing product knowledge coffee enthusiasm and marketplace highlights
- assist with store operations such as handling cash managing inventory and keeping the store stocked clean and guest-ready
- work closely with the Store Director and Assistant Store Director where applicable helping coach and guide fellow team members to achieve their best
- help present food and beverage and retail products in an appealing organized way
