Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail experience with supervisory or keyholder responsibilities
- Ability to stand, walk frequently, and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 pounds
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to interact proactively with guests of all ages
- Dependability and a positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience as a keyholder or in a supervisory retail role
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and entertain guests
- Ability to manage cash handling and inventory processes
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities

- Good organizational skills with attention to merchandising and product presentation

Job Duties
- Lead by example and provide top-notch guest service to ensure every visitor has the best shopping experience possible
- Engage with guests in a lively, welcoming, and entertaining manner, turning ordinary shopping trips into exciting adventures
- Support store operations, from handling cash to managing inventory, and keep things running smoothly for your fellow team members
- Assist in merchandising by organizing and presenting products that catch guests' attention
- Collaborate with management to ensure store goals are met and exceeded
- Train and mentor sales associates to develop skills and performance
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting store environment
