Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail leadership roles
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Comfortable working flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand and walk frequently
- Capability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly
Job Qualifications
- Prior retail supervisory or keyholder experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage cash handling and inventory processes accurately
- Experience in merchandising and product presentation
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for guest interaction
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Physical capability to perform active tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods
Job Duties
- Lead by example and provide top-notch guest service to ensure every visitor has the best shopping experience possible
- Engage with guests in a lively, welcoming, and entertaining manner, turning ordinary shopping trips into exciting adventures
- Support store operations, from handling cash to managing inventory, and keep things running smoothly for your fellow team members
- Maintain high standards of merchandising and product presentation to attract and engage customers
- Supervise and motivate team members to achieve performance goals and deliver excellent customer experiences
- Ensure adherence to store policies and safety regulations
- Assist in training and onboarding new staff to foster a cohesive team environment
