Job Requirements

Prior retail supervisory experience
excellent communication skills
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
ability to stand and walk frequently
ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds regularly

Job Qualifications

Prior experience as a keyholder or in a supervisory role
strong merchandising skills with the ability to organize and present products attractively
friendly and outgoing personality
ability to interact with guests of all ages and proactively showcase products
comfortable working a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Job Duties

Lead by example and provide top-notch guest service to ensure every visitor has the best shopping experience possible
engage with guests in a lively, welcoming, and entertaining manner, turning ordinary shopping trips into exciting adventures
support store operations, from handling cash to managing inventory, and keep things running smoothly for your fellow team members
