Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail leadership experience
- Ability to interact positively with guests of all ages
- Must be able to stand and walk frequently
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds regularly
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays

- Prior experience as a keyholder or in a supervisory role
- Strong merchandising skills with a flair for product presentation

Job Duties
- Lead by example and provide top-notch guest service to ensure every visitor has the best shopping experience possible
- Engage with guests in a lively, welcoming, and entertaining manner, turning ordinary shopping trips into exciting adventures
- Support store operations from handling cash to managing inventory, and keep things running smoothly for your fellow team members
- Organize and present products to enhance merchandising and attract guest attention
- Collaborate with management to maintain store standards and achieve sales goals
- Train and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service
- Monitor and replenish stock to ensure product availability
