Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven retail experience in a supervisory capacity
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical capability to stand, walk, reach, kneel, and lift up to 40 pounds
- Proactive approach to guest interaction and service
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail keyholder or supervisory role
- Strong merchandising skills and product presentation expertise
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage and entertain guests of all ages
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and teamwork
- Adaptability to flexible scheduling including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Job Duties
- Lead by example and provide top-notch guest service
- Engage with guests in a lively, welcoming, and entertaining manner
- Support store operations, including handling cash and managing inventory
- Assist in merchandising and product presentation to attract guest interest
- Maintain a smooth and efficient work environment for the team
- Collaborate with management to ensure daily operational success
