Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Ability to stand and walk frequently
- Capability to lift and move up to 40 pounds regularly
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Strong customer service orientation

Job Duties
- Lead by example and provide top-notch guest service
- Engage with guests in a lively, welcoming, and entertaining manner
- Support store operations including handling cash and managing inventory
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Create memorable moments for guests through exceptional service
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment
- Assist in training and mentoring team members
