Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior retail experience preferably in a supervisory capacity
  • Ability to stand and walk frequently
  • Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds regularly
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Willingness to interact proactively with guests of all ages

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a keyholder or in a supervisory retail role
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to engage and entertain guests
  • Familiarity with cash handling and inventory management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Lead by example and provide top-notch guest service to ensure every visitor has the best shopping experience possible
  • Engage with guests in a lively, welcoming, and entertaining manner, turning ordinary shopping trips into exciting adventures
  • Support store operations, from handling cash to managing inventory, and keep things running smoothly for your fellow team members
  • Assist with merchandising by organizing and presenting products that catch guests' attention
  • Collaborate with the management team to enhance the overall guest experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Help train and support new team members
