Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail experience preferably in a supervisory capacity
- Ability to stand and walk frequently
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds regularly
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Willingness to interact proactively with guests of all ages
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience as a keyholder or in a supervisory retail role
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to engage and entertain guests
- Familiarity with cash handling and inventory management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Job Duties
- Lead by example and provide top-notch guest service to ensure every visitor has the best shopping experience possible
- Engage with guests in a lively, welcoming, and entertaining manner, turning ordinary shopping trips into exciting adventures
- Support store operations, from handling cash to managing inventory, and keep things running smoothly for your fellow team members
- Assist with merchandising by organizing and presenting products that catch guests' attention
- Collaborate with the management team to enhance the overall guest experience
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Help train and support new team members
