Job Requirements
- prior retail experience, preferably in a leadership role
- ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- physical ability to stand, walk frequently, and occasionally reach, climb, kneel, or crouch
- ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds regularly
- strong interpersonal skills
- enthusiasm for creating engaging customer experiences
