Job Requirements
- Retail rockstar with prior experience as a keyholder or in a supervisory role
- Merchandising maven with a flair for organizing and presenting products that catch guests' attention
- A friendly, outgoing personality that naturally draws people in
- Comfortable with a flexible schedule - weekends, evenings, and holidays are part of the fun
- Someone who loves to interact with guests of all ages and is proactive in showcasing products
- Must be able to lift and move up to 40 pounds regularly
- Frequent standing, walking, and occasional reaching, climbing, kneeling, or crouching
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience as a keyholder or in a supervisory role
- Strong merchandising skills and product presentation experience
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage and interact proactively with guests of all ages
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Knowledge of store operations including cash handling and inventory management
- Effective leadership and teamwork abilities
Job Duties
- Lead by example and provide top-notch guest service to ensure every visitor has the best shopping experience possible
- Engage with guests in a lively, welcoming, and entertaining manner, turning ordinary shopping trips into exciting adventures
- Support store operations, from handling cash to managing inventory, and keep things running smoothly for your fellow team members
- Assist management in daily store functions and team coordination
- Maintain merchandising standards and organize product presentations to attract customers
- Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory counts
- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment that reflects the company’s values
