Job Requirements

Retail rockstar with prior experience as a keyholder or in a supervisory role
Merchandising maven with a flair for organizing and presenting products that catch guests' attention
A friendly, outgoing personality that naturally draws people in
Comfortable with a flexible schedule - weekends, evenings, and holidays are part of the fun
Someone who loves to interact with guests of all ages and is proactive in showcasing products
Must be able to lift and move up to 40 pounds regularly
Frequent standing, walking, and occasional reaching, climbing, kneeling, or crouching

Job Qualifications

Prior experience as a keyholder or in a supervisory role
Strong merchandising skills and product presentation experience
Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to engage and interact proactively with guests of all ages
Comfortable working a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Knowledge of store operations including cash handling and inventory management
Effective leadership and teamwork abilities

Job Duties

Lead by example and provide top-notch guest service to ensure every visitor has the best shopping experience possible
Engage with guests in a lively, welcoming, and entertaining manner, turning ordinary shopping trips into exciting adventures
Support store operations, from handling cash to managing inventory, and keep things running smoothly for your fellow team members
Assist management in daily store functions and team coordination
Maintain merchandising standards and organize product presentations to attract customers
Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory counts
Foster a positive and inclusive team environment that reflects the company’s values
