Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior retail keyholder or supervisory experience
- cash-handling experience
- strong merchandising skills
- ability to work flexible schedule including weekends, early evenings and holidays
- ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- strong communication skills
- positive and engaging personality

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional guest service as you support the store management team in day-to-day operations
- ensure that our guests have the best shopping experience ever
- engage with guests and create an entertaining, fun, exciting and memorable experience
- lead and supervise retail staff performing cash handling and merchandising tasks
- proactively intercept, engage and demonstrate product to customers in a positive, welcoming and outgoing manner
- communicate product features effectively
- maintain the store's merchandising standards and inventory organization
