Job Requirements
- Prior retail supervisory experience
- Ability to stand and walk frequently
- Capability to lift and move up to 40 pounds regularly
- Flexible availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
