Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous retail management or supervisory experience
Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 pounds
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to interact proactively with guests of all ages

Job Qualifications

Prior experience as a keyholder or in a supervisory retail role
Strong merchandising and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Friendly, outgoing personality
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Job Duties

Lead by example and provide top-notch guest service
Engage with guests in a lively, welcoming, and entertaining manner
Support store operations including cash handling and inventory management
Motivate and lead team members to achieve sales goals
Maintain merchandising standards to attract and delight customers
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Ensure store environment is clean, organized, and welcoming
