Job Requirements
- Prior retail keyholder experience
- Prior retail supervisory experience
- Prior cash-handling experience
- Strong merchandising skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, early evenings, and holidays
- Enjoy interacting with people of all ages
- Able to intercept and engage customers proactively
- Maintain a welcoming, positive, and friendly attitude towards guests, team members, and venue staff

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional guest service as you support the store management team in day-to-day operations
- Ensure that our guests have the best shopping experience ever
- Engage with guests and create an entertaining, fun, exciting and memorable experience
- Support the execution of merchandising and inventory control
- Assist in training new team members
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate register operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail space
