Job Requirements
- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, early evenings and holidays
- Naturally enjoy interacting with people of all ages
- Able to proactively intercept, engage and demonstrate products in a positive and welcoming manner
- Physically able to stand, walk and handle merchandise frequently
- Capable of lifting and moving up to 40 pounds
- Welcoming, positive, engaging and friendly towards guests, team members and venue staff
Job Qualifications
- Prior retail keyholder experience
- Retail supervisory experience
- Cash-handling experience
- Strong merchandising skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to engage positively with guests of all ages
- Experience in a cultural or museum retail environment is a plus
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional guest service as you support the store management team in day-to-day operations
- Ensure that our guests have the best shopping experience ever
- Engage with guests and create an entertaining, fun, exciting and memorable experience
- Assist in merchandising and maintaining attractive product displays
- Manage cash handling and retail transactions
- Supervise and mentor team members during shifts
- Ensure compliance with store policies and safety standards
