Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior retail supervisory or keyholder experience
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand for long periods, walk frequently, and lift up to 40 pounds
- proactive approach to guest engagement
- friendly and outgoing personality

Job Duties
- Lead by example and provide top-notch guest service to ensure every visitor has the best shopping experience possible
- engage with guests in a lively, welcoming, and entertaining manner, turning ordinary shopping trips into exciting adventures
- support store operations, from handling cash to managing inventory, and keep things running smoothly for your fellow team members
- assist in training and mentoring team members to uphold company standards
- maintain visual merchandising standards to attract and engage customers
- handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the store
