Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program
- Pursuing a degree related to business or social sciences
- Available for full-time, in-person internship from June to August 2026
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with CRM software preferred
Job Qualifications
- A student pursuing a degree in business, finance, supply chain, psychology, or a related field
- A senior (set to graduate in May or December 2026) is preferred
- Strong communication, active listening, and collaboration skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite are a plus
- An adaptable and reliable individual with a genuine passion for sales and problem-solving
Job Duties
- Support the full sales cycle by tracking the status of submitted opportunities and coordinating with internal teams like credit and onboarding
- Reduce the lift for sales representatives by proactively following up with customers and ensuring a smooth transition to fueling
- Improve conversion rates from opportunity submission to active fueling customers
- Document gaps and inconsistencies in the end-to-end sales process from both the representative's and the customer's point of view
- Assist sales managers and trainers by surfacing trends, common blockers, and process gaps to improve efficiency
