Job Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program
  • Pursuing a degree related to business or social sciences
  • Available for full-time, in-person internship from June to August 2026
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with CRM software preferred

Job Qualifications

  • A student pursuing a degree in business, finance, supply chain, psychology, or a related field
  • A senior (set to graduate in May or December 2026) is preferred
  • Strong communication, active listening, and collaboration skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong time management skills
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite are a plus
  • An adaptable and reliable individual with a genuine passion for sales and problem-solving

Job Duties

  • Support the full sales cycle by tracking the status of submitted opportunities and coordinating with internal teams like credit and onboarding
  • Reduce the lift for sales representatives by proactively following up with customers and ensuring a smooth transition to fueling
  • Improve conversion rates from opportunity submission to active fueling customers
  • Document gaps and inconsistencies in the end-to-end sales process from both the representative's and the customer's point of view
  • Assist sales managers and trainers by surfacing trends, common blockers, and process gaps to improve efficiency
