Job Requirements

  • One-year related experience
  • maintain an active and in good standing professional real estate license where mandated by law
  • available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • position may require background and drug screening
  • reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
  • ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work in a team environment

Job Qualifications

  • One-year related experience

  • ability to communicate effectively with owners and guests
  • leadership skills to mentor and train sales executives
  • knowledge of consultative sales techniques
  • ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Answer owner questions regarding the use of properties and location amenities
  • make recommendations given the background information obtained on the owner through discovery
  • follow and adhere to the consultative sales process when presenting to owners and guests
  • complete and close the sales contract process by ensuring all required legal paperwork and documents are signed and notarized
  • work with less experienced sales executives to improve their sales process, strategy, script, and presentation skills
  • provide specific training opportunities on a one-to-one basis or in a group setting as required and directed by sales management
  • welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs
