Job Requirements
- One-year related experience
- maintain an active and in good standing professional real estate license where mandated by law
- available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- position may require background and drug screening
- reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- One-year related experience

- ability to communicate effectively with owners and guests
- leadership skills to mentor and train sales executives
- knowledge of consultative sales techniques
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Answer owner questions regarding the use of properties and location amenities
- make recommendations given the background information obtained on the owner through discovery
- follow and adhere to the consultative sales process when presenting to owners and guests
- complete and close the sales contract process by ensuring all required legal paperwork and documents are signed and notarized
- work with less experienced sales executives to improve their sales process, strategy, script, and presentation skills
- provide specific training opportunities on a one-to-one basis or in a group setting as required and directed by sales management
- welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs
