Job Requirements
- Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
- maintain an active and in good standing professional Hawaii real estate license where mandated by law
- pass background and drug screening in accordance with state and local requirements
- at least one year of related experience
- ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
Job Qualifications
- One-year related experience
- active and good standing Hawaii real estate license where mandated by law
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- leadership and mentoring abilities
- knowledge of consultative sales process
- ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Answer owner questions regarding the use of properties and location amenities
- make recommendations given the background information obtained on the owner through discovery
- follow and adhere to the consultative sales process when presenting to owners and guests
- complete and close the sales contract process by ensuring all required legal paperwork and documents are signed and notarized
- work with less experienced sales executives to improve their sales process, strategy, script, and presentation skills
- provide specific training opportunities on a one-to-one basis or in a group setting as required and directed by sales management
