Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- maintain an active and good standing professional Hawaii real estate license where mandated by law
- one year related experience
- available to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- pass background and drug screening in accordance with state and local requirements
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- ability to perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
Job Qualifications
- active and good standing professional Hawaii real estate license where mandated by law
- one year related experience
- ability to adhere to consultative sales process
- strong leadership and training skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- answer owner questions regarding the use of properties and location amenities
- make recommendations given the background information obtained on the owner through discovery
- follow and adhere to the consultative sales process when presenting to owners and guests
- complete and close the sales contract process by ensuring all required legal paperwork and documents are signed and notarized
- work with less experienced sales executives to improve their sales process, strategy, script, and presentation skills
- provide specific training opportunities on a one-to-one basis or in a group setting as directed by sales management
- welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs
