Job Requirements

  • Currently employed in a logistics sales role
  • No non-compete preferred
  • Demonstrates integrity, commitment, and passion
  • Remote roles require at least two million dollars annual gross profit
  • Ability to discuss revenue and margins without client disclosure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Minimum five years freight forwarding sales experience

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of freight forwarding sales experience
  • Proven account portability and client retention
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Skilled in consultative selling and value-based presentations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage sales pipeline and forecast accurately
  • Experience with CRM tools and disciplined prospecting

Job Duties

  • Drive new business through consultative selling
  • Sell international and domestic air and ocean freight
  • Manage FTL, LTL, cross-dock, and distribution services
  • Provide import/export brokerage and compliance guidance
  • Sell warehousing, fulfillment, pick/pack/ship, and inventory management services
  • Deliver specialized services such as expedited shipments and project cargo handling
  • Utilize digital tools including shipment management platforms and API/EDI integration
