Job Requirements

  • minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience
  • bachelor’s degree required, preferably in architecture, interior design, sales or marketing
  • experience developing sales and marketing initiatives
  • proficiency with CRM tools
  • proven sales record
  • exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • strong design and architectural knowledge
  • willingness and ability to travel about 30% of the time

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 10+ years in a similar role with proven sales and business development experience in architectural and interior design or luxury residential market
  • bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, sales or marketing
  • demonstrated experience in developing sales and marketing initiatives
  • hands-on experience with CRM tools
  • proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • strong understanding of design and architectural principles
  • willingness to travel approximately 30%

Job Duties

  • execute a detailed strategic sales plan in collaboration with the CEO and marketing department
  • stay abreast of industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to adjust growth initiatives
  • develop and nurture relationships with developers, builders, architects, and luxury real estate brokers
  • utilize Monday.com as a CRM to build lead databases and track KPIs
  • attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent Resort Design Group
  • collaborate on marketing initiatives to showcase capabilities and create brand awareness
  • coordinate business development activities with studio director and design team to capture new projects
