Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 2 years experience in sales or hospitality industry
- strong communication and negotiation skills
- knowledge of hotel sales and brand systems preferred
- ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- willingness to work flexible hours including holidays
- valid driver’s license
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field preferred
- proven experience in sales or hospitality sales
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- excellent organizational and time management abilities
- creative thinking for sales materials and campaigns
Job Duties
- Source and nurture local leads through research and outreach
- lead property tours that highlight our best features
- manage relationships with current and new clients and travel agencies
- create compelling sales materials, mailers, and social content
- maintain and actively use hotel sales and brand systems
- prepare and send out direct mail projects, sales packets, and collateral
- partner with colleagues across the hotel to fuel new business and execute flawless events
- proficient in Microsoft Office, hotel systems (PEP, Delphi, etc.) a plus
- excellent communication skills
