Job Requirements

  • Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Position may require background and drug screening in accordance with state and local requirements
  • Must maintain an active and in good standing professional Real Estate License where mandated by law
  • One-year related experience is preferred
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Maintain an active and in good standing professional Real Estate License where mandated by law
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Answer owner questions regarding the use of properties and location amenities
  • make recommendations given the background information obtained on the owner through discovery
  • Follow up on referrals and leads from owners
  • Fulfill requests from owners or prospects regarding pricing, property maps, property descriptions, room locations, and portfolio or network information
  • Contact owners to monitor satisfaction, make them aware of upcoming promotions, and develop business opportunities such as reloads and referrals
  • Develop and maintain records on customer contacts and use that information to support effective follow-up opportunities
  • Welcome and greet all guests and anticipate and address their needs
  • Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
  • Contribute to team goals
  • Always follow company policies and safety procedures
