Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in sales and marketing preferred
  • prior experience in an administrative role preferred
  • must be able to sit for up to eight hours per day
  • must be able to lift up to 45 lbs
  • must maintain neat and clean appearance
  • must comply with company attendance and punctuality standards
  • must possess valid driver’s license
  • must have intermediate computer skills
  • must have good verbal and written communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • bachelor’s degree preferred
  • prior sales and marketing experience preferred
  • prior administrative experience preferred
  • excellent leadership and customer relations skills
  • detail oriented with outstanding organizational and communication skills
  • intermediate computer skills including knowledge of windows os, ms office, pms, pbx, key system, and pos
  • good communication skills verbal, written and electronic
  • ability to analyze and foresee user needs
  • ability to work independently
  • self driven
  • ability to travel occasionally

Job Duties

  • assist the director of sales and or sales manager in sales activities
  • provide administrative and clerical support to the sales and marketing team
  • handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • maintain filing system of all department records
  • arrange appointments and meetings for sales managers
  • prepare meeting packets and marketing materials
  • keep inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed
  • provide client support including processing leads and investigating program issues
  • follow up on outstanding client responses
  • handle logistics for small group meetings
  • generate reports and compile statistical information
  • produce and submit purchase orders
  • assist with BEOs, group resumes, and room blocks
  • notify clients of key dates such as cut-off and payment deadlines
  • maintain a positive and friendly attitude in guest and staff interactions
  • develop and maintain interdepartmental communication
  • perform additional duties as assigned
