Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in sales and marketing preferred
- prior experience in an administrative role preferred
- must be able to sit for up to eight hours per day
- must be able to lift up to 45 lbs
- must maintain neat and clean appearance
- must comply with company attendance and punctuality standards
- must possess valid driver’s license
- must have intermediate computer skills
- must have good verbal and written communication skills
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- bachelor’s degree preferred
- prior sales and marketing experience preferred
- prior administrative experience preferred
- excellent leadership and customer relations skills
- detail oriented with outstanding organizational and communication skills
- intermediate computer skills including knowledge of windows os, ms office, pms, pbx, key system, and pos
- good communication skills verbal, written and electronic
- ability to analyze and foresee user needs
- ability to work independently
- self driven
- ability to travel occasionally
Job Duties
- assist the director of sales and or sales manager in sales activities
- provide administrative and clerical support to the sales and marketing team
- handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- maintain filing system of all department records
- arrange appointments and meetings for sales managers
- prepare meeting packets and marketing materials
- keep inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed
- provide client support including processing leads and investigating program issues
- follow up on outstanding client responses
- handle logistics for small group meetings
- generate reports and compile statistical information
- produce and submit purchase orders
- assist with BEOs, group resumes, and room blocks
- notify clients of key dates such as cut-off and payment deadlines
- maintain a positive and friendly attitude in guest and staff interactions
- develop and maintain interdepartmental communication
- perform additional duties as assigned
