Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior administrative experience preferred
- Sales and marketing experience preferred
- Must possess valid driver's license
- Must be able to sit for up to 8 hours and lift up to 45 lbs
- Must have good communication skills
- Must have intermediate computer skills
- Must be detail oriented
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must maintain neat and professional grooming
- Must comply with company attendance rules
- Must be able to follow safety and security policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior sales and marketing experience preferred
- Previous administrative role experience preferred
- Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills
- Intermediate computer proficiency including MS Office
- Knowledge of Windows OS, PMS, PBX, key systems, and POS
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Good mathematical and computational abilities
- Leadership and customer relations skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to travel occasionally
Job Duties
- Assist the Director of Sales and Sales Manager(s) in promoting hotel concepts
- Provide administrative and clerical support to Sales & Marketing team
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain filing systems for department records
- Arrange appointments and meetings for sales managers
- Prepare meeting packets and marketing materials
- Manage office supply inventory and place orders
- Support client interactions including processing leads and resolving issues
- Follow up on outstanding responses with clients
- Coordinate logistics for small group meetings
- Generate reports and compile statistical data
- Produce and submit purchase orders
- Assist with banquet event orders, group resumes, and room blocks
- Notify clients of key dates such as cut-offs and payment deadlines
- Uphold product quality and guest experience standards
- Maintain hotel appearance and professionalism
- Cultivate positive interactions with guests and staff
- Develop interdepartmental communication and relationships
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
- Assist with guest inquiries
- Comply with company policies and safety procedures
- Report maintenance and safety issues
