Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to provide and maintain a valid driver’s license
- ability to sit at a desk for up to eight hours per day
- ability to lift up to 45 pounds
- willingness to travel occasionally
- good verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency with computer programs including MS Office
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- bachelor's degree preferred
- sales and marketing experience preferred
- prior administrative experience preferred
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities
- intermediate computer skills including MS Office and property management systems
- basic computational ability
- good leadership and customer relations skills
- knowledge of Windows OS, PMS, PBX, key system, and POS
- ability to multitask and prioritize
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Assist the Director of Sales and Sales Managers in promoting the hotel concept to prospects
- provide administrative and clerical support to the Sales and Marketing team
- manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence
- maintain department filing systems
- arrange appointments and meetings for sales managers
- prepare meeting packets and sales materials
- keep office supply inventory and order as needed
- process client leads and support client communications
- follow up on hotel and guest program inquiries
- handle logistics for small group meetings
- generate reports and compile statistical data
- produce and submit purchase orders per hotel procedures
- assist with banquet event orders, group resumes, and room blocks
- notify clients of key dates such as payment deadlines
- ensure product quality and unique guest experience
- maintain hotel appearance standards
- foster positive interactions with guests and staff
- develop interdepartmental relationships and communication
- perform additional duties as assigned
