Job Requirements
- Stand or remain in a stationary position for long periods of time
- type on and operate computers and other office machinery or devices
- perform 10-key operation and data entry
- dial a telephone
- manually manipulate objects, handles, tools, and/or controls
- inspect and visually observe details at close and long range
- frequently walk around the property to give tours
- communicate effectively in English including reading, writing, and speaking
- interpret business and safety documents in English
- write routine reports and correspondence in English
- speak effectively before groups such as customers or employees
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
- previous supervisory experience preferred
- progressive experience in hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or service industry preferred
- must have positive attitude and willingness to learn
- possess highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- ability to influence others, negotiate, provide friendly service and possess professional selling skills
- must be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- attention to detail, meet deadlines and demonstrate strong organization and presentation skills

- Meeting and exceeding group booking goals
- increase average daily rate and occupancy growth
- growing market share on annual basis
- revenue maximization and expense control
- sales and/or events department oversight
- maintain client relationships and networking
- work one day a week front desk during down time
