Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or associate degree preferred
- previous supervisory experience preferred
- progressive hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or service industry experience preferred
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
- highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- ability to influence others, negotiate, provide friendly service and professional selling skills
- ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- attention to detail, meet deadlines, and strong organization and presentation skills
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Meeting and exceeding group booking goals
- increase average daily rate and occupancy growth
- grow market share on annual basis
- maximize revenue and control expenses to meet profitability objectives
- oversee sales and events department operations including follow-up and administration
- manage event execution to ensure seamless and friendly service for contracted customers
- build and maintain client relationships and networking presence in local community and industry
- attend meetings and functions as required often outside typical office hours
